LES Qatar is a professional event furniture rental and event infrastructure company based in Doha, Qatar. We specialize in delivering complete hospitality environments for corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, summits and high-end private functions.
Our strength lies in combining premium rental inventory with technical planning, custom production and structured execution. We are not a simple furniture supplier. We operate as a full-service event infrastructure partner with the capacity to manage projects from concept to dismantling.
What We Deliver
Our service portfolio covers the full spectrum of event production in Qatar. This includes event furniture rental with access to an online inventory system, allowing clients to select lounge seating, meeting setups, bars, service counters and hospitality elements efficiently.
Beyond furniture rental, we deliver complete event infrastructure including VIP lounges, hospitality areas, temporary event structures, tents and shading systems, flooring and carpeting. These elements allow us to transform empty venues into fully operational event environments tailored to exhibitions, trade shows and corporate events in Doha.
Custom Production
LES Qatar provides temporary event installations and complete fit out solutions. This includes furniture delivery and setup, as well as full build and breakdown services.
Through our customization and production department, we manufacture custom-made furniture, adapt upholstery and fabric selection, apply brand colors and finishes, and integrate logo branding and detailing. We also design and build custom bars and structures that align with exhibition and hospitality branding requirements. This integrated production capability allows us to maintain quality control, flexibility and fast turnaround times.
Installation & Logistics
Professional execution is the foundation of large-scale event infrastructure in Qatar. Our project management services include project coordination, timeline and site coordination, installation supervision and on-site execution support.
We support this with professional logistics and storage services including transport and delivery, installation and dismantling crews, as well as short and long-term storage solutions. In addition, we provide CAD layout drawings, and 3D visualizations to ensure precision before installation begins. Digital planning reduces risk, improves efficiency and supports approval processes for exhibitions and events in Doha.
